Why isn't my location updating?

Make sure Whether has location access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Whether. Set it to "While Using the App."

Why are my outfit recommendations not changing?

Pull down on the main screen to refresh. Recommendations update when the weather changes. You can also adjust your style, gender, and activity preferences in Settings.

How do I save an outfit?

Tap the bookmark icon below the outfit canvas. Saved outfits appear in the Looks sheet, which you can open by tapping the Looks pill.

How do I shop a garment?

Tap any garment on the canvas to open its detail view, then tap the Shop button to open the product page.
